Szállítási szabályzat
Szállítási területek, módok, költségek és határidők
This policy explains where we deliver, how, at what cost and how long it takes. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Generating sets are heavy industrial equipment, so delivery works differently from parcel shipping; please read section 5 on site access and unloading before ordering.
1. Where we deliver
| Area | Available for online orders | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Poland | Yes | Own logistics or freight partner; collection from our premises also possible. |
| Germany, Austria, Switzerland | Yes | Own logistics or pallet freight. Switzerland: customs clearance and import VAT are payable by the customer (DAP) unless otherwise quoted. |
| Other EU and EEA countries | Yes for parcels and single-pallet goods; larger sets by quotation | Pallet freight; delivery cost calculated at checkout or quoted. |
| United Kingdom, Norway, Middle East and all other destinations worldwide | By quotation | We ship internationally. Export documentation, Incoterms (FCA, CPT, CIF or DAP) and duties are agreed in the quotation. Contact us before ordering. |
We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Deliveries of generating sets require a street address with a contact person and telephone number.
2. Delivery methods
- Parcel courier for spare parts, filters, small accessories and small portable generators up to approximately 30 kg.
- Pallet freight (kerbside) for generating sets and larger accessories: delivered on a truck with tail-lift to the kerb or nearest accessible point. Unloading to ground level only; moving the set into position is the customer's responsibility unless a crane or forklift service is ordered.
- Own logistics with crane or forklift for larger sets in Poland, Germany, Austria and neighbouring countries, quoted individually and including positioning where access allows.
- Collection from our premises in Poland, free of charge by appointment on Working Days. We load your vehicle; you are responsible for securing the load and for transport insurance.
3. Delivery costs
Delivery costs depend on weight, dimensions, destination and the equipment needed for unloading. For Online Orders the cost is calculated and shown in the cart before you place the order. For Quotation Orders the cost is stated in the quotation. Indicative costs:
| Goods | Poland | Germany / Austria / Czechia | Other EU |
|---|---|---|---|
| Parcel up to 30 kg | EUR 8 to 15 | EUR 15 to 30 | EUR 20 to 45 |
| Portable set, 1 pallet up to 500 kg | EUR 90 to 180 | EUR 180 to 320 | EUR 250 to 500 |
| Canopied set 30 to 100 kVA, up to 1,500 kg | EUR 200 to 400 | EUR 350 to 700 | EUR 500 to 1,100 |
| Sets above 100 kVA, trailer-mounted sets, crane delivery | Quoted | Quoted | Quoted |
Costs for Switzerland, the United Kingdom and destinations outside Europe are quoted individually. Prices shown to Consumers include VAT. Where a customs border is crossed, import duties, VAT and clearance fees at destination are not included and are payable by the customer unless the quotation states DDP.
4. Lead times
Lead times are estimates counted from the Working Day after we receive payment and, for Custom Goods, after we confirm the technical specification. Typical lead times:
| Product | Typical dispatch time |
|---|---|
| Spare parts and accessories in stock | 1 to 3 Working Days |
| Generating sets in stock (marked "in stock" on the product page) | 3 to 7 Working Days after payment and delivery booking |
| Built-to-order generating sets (all engine brands) | approximately 4 weeks |
| Sets with special canopies, trailers, paralleling or CHP equipment, and large project sets | As stated in the quotation |
Transit time is added to the dispatch time: 1 to 2 Working Days within Poland, 2 to 5 Working Days to Germany, Austria and neighbouring countries, and 3 to 8 Working Days to other EU countries; transit times outside the EU are stated in the quotation. For Consumers, delivery will in any event take place no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract unless a longer time was expressly agreed when ordering (as is the case for built-to-order sets). If we cannot meet an agreed delivery date, we will inform you promptly and propose a new date; Consumers may then set an additional reasonable deadline and withdraw from the contract if it is not met.
Lead times for engines depend on our suppliers and may be affected by events beyond our control (supplier delays, transport disruption, customs, force majeure). We will keep you informed and will not be liable for delay caused by such events, without prejudice to Consumers' statutory rights.
5. Site access, unloading and positioning
Please check before ordering that:
- a truck of up to 40 t can reach the delivery address and turn or reverse safely; if access is limited, tell us when ordering so that we can plan a smaller vehicle or a transfer point;
- a level, firm surface is available at the unloading point;
- someone authorised to accept delivery and sign the delivery note is present during the agreed time window;
- you have arranged a forklift, crane or other equipment for moving the set from the kerb to its final position, unless you ordered positioning by us.
Failed deliveries, waiting time beyond 30 minutes, or re-deliveries caused by inaccurate information or absence of the customer are charged at the carrier's actual cost. Where our driver assists with positioning beyond the agreed scope, this is at the customer's risk.
6. Delivery appointment and tracking
For pallet and freight deliveries we or the carrier contact you by telephone or e-mail to agree a delivery day and time window. Parcel shipments receive a tracking number by e-mail on dispatch.
7. Checking the delivery and transport damage
Please inspect the packaging and the goods on arrival, in the presence of the driver where possible. Note any visible damage, missing items or signs of tampering on the carrier's delivery document before signing, take photographs, and inform us within 3 Working Days at info@electroquell.de. Concealed damage found after unpacking should be reported to us as soon as it is discovered. For Consumers these steps are a request that helps us pursue the carrier and do not limit your statutory rights; for Business Customers, timely notification is a condition of transport damage claims.
Do not attempt to start a generating set that shows signs of transport damage (leaks, bent frame, damaged canopy, loose components) before we have assessed it.
8. Transfer of risk
For Consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes when the goods are handed over to you or a person you named other than the carrier. For Business Customers, unless the quotation states otherwise, delivery is EXW our premises (Incoterms 2020) and risk passes when the goods are made available for loading; transport arranged by us is on your behalf and we recommend transport insurance, which we can arrange on request.
9. Installation and commissioning services
Installation, connection, ATS integration and commissioning are optional services quoted separately. When ordered, they are scheduled after delivery and depend on the site being ready (fuel, electrical connection, foundations, ventilation and exhaust routing as specified in our installation guidelines). Waiting time and repeat visits due to site not being ready are charged at our published rates.
