Installation Services

From laying foundations to full electrical integration — complete generator installation support.

ElectroQuell handles every stage of the physical installation process, ensuring your generator is set up correctly, safely, and ready to deliver uninterrupted power from day one.

Foundation & Civil Work

We design and construct the structural foundation required for your generator installation — whether a concrete plinth for a stationary unit or a reinforced pad for a containerized system. Proper foundation work ensures stable, vibration-free operation and long-term equipment longevity.

Trailer & Mobile Mounting

For mobile deployments, we mount and integrate generators onto custom trailers and Marco mobile units. This includes fuel tank integration, vibration isolation, weatherproofing, and EU road compliance certification (ECE R13).

Electrical Connection & Terminal Work

Our engineers handle the full electrical connection — from generator output terminals to your switchgear, automatic transfer switch (ATS), and distribution panels. We ensure correct cable sizing, earthing, and protection coordination.

Commissioning & Load Testing

After installation, we conduct a full commissioning process including load bank testing, voltage/frequency verification, protection relay calibration, and ATS function tests. Your system is fully operational before we hand over.

As-Built Documentation

We provide complete as-built drawings, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, and commissioning records — so your facility team and future service engineers have everything they need.
