What Is Combined Heat and Power?

Combined Heat and Power — also known as cogeneration — is a technology that simultaneously generates electricity and recovers heat that would otherwise be wasted. In a standard generator, only around 35–40% of fuel energy is converted to electricity; the rest is lost as heat. A CHP system captures that heat and puts it to productive use — for heating buildings, industrial processes, or hot water systems.
When paired with ElectroQuell gas generators, CHP delivers exceptional return on fuel investment. Our systems are engineered for continuous operation, integrating seamlessly with existing building management systems and grid connections.
